esa serviced apartments celebrates more industry awards success

Continuing the company's recent run of awards success, esa's Property Operations Team is delighted to be shortlisted for 'Serviced Apartment Team of the Year' in the ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards 2016. This is the third awards achievement for the company in recent weeks, with esa's HR and Recruitment teams being shortlisted in the Personnel Today Awards and Caterer.com People Awards.

The ASAP Awards recognise excellence, innovation and best practice in the serviced apartment industry, extended stay and short-term accommodation rental industry. All entries were shortlisted and judged by an independent panel of experts and there was some tough competition to reach the finals. After announcing the shortlist, James Foice, ASAP CEO said:
'The expansion of our Awards programme to 10 categories this year, and the record numbers shortlisted, reflects the importance of our vibrant and dynamic serviced apartment sector and the growing ambitions of our members to achieve an important ASAP accolade for key innovations they've introduced to their businesses in the last 12 months.'

Celebrating his team's achievement, esa's Guest Relations & Operations Director Fernando Diez said:
'We are extremely proud of our brilliant Property Operations Team for reaching the finals in these prestigious industry awards. Following a significant period of portfolio growth in the last 3 years, the team has successfully reduced the turnaround time for setting up apartments from 28 days to 4 days, achieving huge cost-savings for the business. It is fantastic to see their hard work and dedication being acknowledged by the industry.'

Winners will be announced at the glittering gala dinner and awards ceremony on Wednesday 30th November at the Museum of London.
