Our company is an IT Software outsourcing company flies over our IT redevelopers from our offshore office regularly to work with our UK clients. this meaning to look after their welfare and accommodate them the best way ever to make them feel comfortable. Service apartments were first in mind and by using the internet search engine ESA was the first to pop up the list. First location was Newbury and the apartments was spectacular and ESA service was as always 5 star as our requirements was met and with extra from ESA. It has been 2 years renting the apartments with ESA and every time they never disappoint, always on the ball and consistent at our every request.

ESA has a brilliant team and very friendly to talk to and always makes us feel very comfortable to ask for help when needed. The best thing with ESA they always willing to help with service apartments even when they do not cover certain areas and they willing to help search on our behalf and of course they always make the planning easy for us to plan out i.e airport pickup and transfer and the checking in and out of the apartments.

I do recommend companies looking to rent these apartments from ESA as they will never disappoint and I am planning on continuing with them and build even a larger relationship with ESA.

Our company has benefitted from access to the Newbury portfolio of ESA apartments since early 2009, when our company’s global expansion saw a sudden increase in international visitors to our Newbury facility.  The situation required us to urgently research the availability of high quality, competitively priced accommodation in a town centre location, providing comfortable self-catering accommodation for our customers and senior executives; ESA was the obvious answer.
