All guests are greeted by a member of our guest relations team upon arrival, who will talk through the apartment features and discuss the services we can offer. Guests will also receive a complimentary welcome pack of groceries in their apartment, no matter how short term their stay. And we operate a 24/7 contact service offering peace of mind reassurance in the unlikely event of an emergency.
