We are committed to providing the best possible service for our guests. Our weekly housekeeping service and regular maintenance checks are included as standard for all our apartments. What's more, all guests receive a complimentary welcome pack of groceries in their apartment, no matter how short term their stay.
We also understand that when guests are staying away from home they may require a wide variety of additional guest services. This might include, airport collection, arranging dry cleaning, or simply getting an essential item that was forgotten when packing.
Our housekeeping service is delivered by our own friendly, trustworthy and highly trained team, who set a meticulous level of cleanliness for our apartments. This weekly service includes changing bed linen, replacing towels and a thorough clean of all areas.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs in the apartment, we operate an out of hours emergency service.
We can assist with the needs of the busy business traveller who is away from their office, and on request can assist with business services such as meeting room hire, secretarial services and parcel acceptance and delivery to your apartment.
