esa - guest feedback survey

Feedback is incredibly important to us as we are constantly trying to improve upon the service we offer, the quality of our apartments and the facilities within them.

Please take a few moments to tell us about your experience of staying with esa by completing our guest feedback survey. There are 6 sections to complete and we will ask for feedback on all aspects of your stay – from your arrival right through to the day you depart. Our guest feedback survey has 6 short sections and it should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

All questions are optional so if any are not relevant to your stay, you can leave this question blank and move on to the next.

Each question requires you to give 2 scores:
  • the first being an indication of how important this is to you.
  • the second being a score on how you would rate esa’s performance in this area.

To thank you for taking the time to complete our survey, we will enter your name into our prize draw and each month, a winner will be selected at random from all of our guests who have given esa their feedback that month. Prize draw winners are awarded with £100.00 in gift vouchers of their choice.
